仕事内容 | ・医療ニーズの高い重度要介護者のお世話 ・送迎、身体介護、食事介護(一般利用者)が主な仕事内容(風呂介助ナシ) ・10~15人の利用者のお世話で、人と人との触れ合いの密度が濃いお仕事です。 ・常勤看護師と連携を組んでの仕事なので医療に興味を持って頂く業務です。 ・2人一組で送迎を行います。 ・1日の仕事の流れ 朝礼~利用者迎え~施設着~身体介助~食事介助~外出~送り~翌日の準備 |
給与 | 正社員 20万円~ |
交通費 | 月2万円まで支給 マイカー通勤(応相談) |

必要な免許・資格 | ヘルパー2級取得補助有り 普通自動車免許所持尚良し |
年齢 | 59歳以下 年齢制限の理由 定年年齢(60歳)を上限とする(省令1号) |
